Conversion of 1970’s ground floor office space into 4 apartments in northwest London.

Each apartment has the open plan living, dining and kitchen space located in one of the 4 building corners to maximise daylight from the expansive strip window wrapping around the entire building perimeter. The combination of white pared-back interiors with a generous 3.2 meter tall floor-to-ceiling height, freestanding columns and the warmth from the timber flooring throughout give each apartment an airy, loft apartment-like character.
