Consultancy service providing concept design for refurbishment and loft conversion of an 80’s riverside townhouse.
Open plan living, dining and kitchen are reconfigured to improve flow of space and maximise views from the dining area, whilst the luxurious masterbedroom suite consisting of bedroom, dressing room and spa like bathroom now occupies one entire floor.
The former loft space is turned into a skylounge. A decorative façade panel is replaced with a large frameless window allowing sweeping views over the Thames and London. The lowest section of the steep mono pitched roof is cut out to create a generous roof terrace, utilising otherwise unusable space due to low headroom height in this area. A long row of minimal frame sliding windows provides a new west facing aspect and can be completely opened up to seamlessly merge the terrace with adjacent skylounge.
