Refurbishment proposal of a 1990s warehouse conversion to improve the layout and spatial experience as well as to maximise the views over the Thames, Tower Bridge and the City of London.

A full length joinery element contains storage and the kitchen whilst also leading the eye towards the views. The kitchen island with seating has been positioned near the window to take advantage of daylight and views.
